Signal Engine
The 16-factor confluence engine scores each signal from 0–100 and grades it A+, A, B, or C based on how many factors align:

- Liquidity sweep
- Zone position (premium vs discount)
- RSI, EMA, MACD, VWAP, Volume
- Session timing
- S/R proximity
- Open Interest, Funding Rate, 24H Range
