Your information is used to: provision TradingView indicator access, process payments and manage subscriptions, communicate about your account, and improve our Service.
3. Third-Party Services
We use: Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for website hosting, and TradingView for indicator delivery. Each service has its own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Payment records are retained as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@smpalgo.com.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies for: UTM parameter tracking (attribution), session management, and optional analytics (Meta Pixel, X Pixel — only when configured). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
