1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Smart Money Pro ("SMP", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SMP provides TradingView indicator scripts for cryptocurrency market analysis. The Service includes access to indicator scripts, documentation, and related tools. SMP does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals intended as investment advice.
3. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases. All prices are in USD.
4. Refund Policy
All plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests after 7 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@smpalgo.com for refund requests.
5. Account Access
Access to SMP indicators is provisioned to a single TradingView account. Sharing access credentials or indicator scripts is prohibited. Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
6. Disclaimer
SMP indicators are tools for market analysis and do not constitute financial advice. Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk of loss. Past performance of indicators or backtests is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
SMP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
